ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.  – St. Petersburg Area Chamber member Andrew Bowen, founder and CEO of Clearview Communications and Public Relations, has published two illustrated children’s books this year, finished a third for which he is seeking a publisher, and has outlined a fourth due out in 2026.

And all four differ in creativity, imagery and originality.

  • Anne’s Forever Christmas Treeavailable on barnesandnoble.com, amazon.com and Walmart.com, is the story of how a magical Christmas tree teams up with the family’s Iris Setter to work wonders in the house during Christmas.

  • The Three Lines of Zaila, also available on Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Walmart.com and other platforms,  takes readers on a journey into the distant past when the mythical Wolf Goddess Zaila descended from the Milky Way to be the mother of all wolves and dogs.

  • For the Love of Sky, now copyrighted, completed and in pre-publishing status, is an equine love story about a big Percheron stallion and a beautiful Thoroughbred filly who must make bold, courageous decisions to remain together in love.

  • And Your ABCs with Nyra, in outline form, helps toddlers learn their ABCs by following the wise old owl Nyra (a character from  Anne’s Forever Christmas Tree) as she flies through the alphabet.

BOWEN ALSO A SCREENWRITER

The children’s books Anne’s Forever Christmas Tree and The Three Lines of Zaila are adapted from his original screenplays. Bowen has also written scripts for feature length films based on historic events entitled Cellblock Blue, The Syracuse Incident and Ghosts of Innocence.

Bowen was an editor and reporter for The Tampa Tribune and three Georgia dailies before working in state government and as senior vice president at two large marketing firms. He founded his own PR firm in 2002, and writes books and screenplays with his new St. Pete-based company, WriteStarPro Inc.
