Sight360 and Florida Eye Specialists Merge to Establish Strategic Partnership.

Sight360, a comprehensive vision care services organization, announced it has combined with Florida Eye Specialists & Cataract Institute (“FESCI”), an integrated ophthalmology and optometry practice with ten locations and 33 physicians in the greater Tampa Bay area. With this partnership, Sight360 expands its combined scope of care to over 250,000 patients in Pinellas, Hillsborough, Pasco, Hernando, Citrus, and Polk Counties.

Founded in 1981 by Dr. Gregory Henderson, FESCI and its physicians practice full-scope ophthalmology, optometry, cosmetic surgery, and hearing services. “I am extremely proud of the practice that we have built, providing exceptional care to hundreds of thousands of patients across the West Coast of Florida over the last 40 years,” said Gregory Henderson, MD, FACS. “Partnering with the Sight360 team will allow us to continue our shared mission of providing premier eyecare services to even more patients across our community.”

As a result of the partnership, Sight360 will grow to 29 locations throughout the Greater Tampa Bay region and more than 50 doctors providing extraordinary vision care.  Dr. Henderson will continue to practice, be a valued strategic partner, and becomes a member of the Sight360 Board of Directors.
