Jersey Shore Entertainment Signs Emmy-Nominated Director Anna Simone Scott for Two Projects as Breaking Glass Pictures Joins as Distribution Partner
Jersey Shore Entertainment has signed Emmy-nominated, award-winning director Anna Simone Scott to direct two upcoming feature film projects — Blue Hotel and MURDER! Molly and the Mob — further strengthening the company’s growing production slate alongside strategic streaming
and distribution partner Red House Streaming and RHStv.
The announcement also confirms that Breaking Glass Pictures has entered into a two-picture distribution agreement with Jersey Shore Entertainment, covering worldwide distribution of the completed feature SubHysteria and the launch of presales for Blue Hotel at this year’s Cannes Film Festival. Blue Hotel is a packaged development TV movie being positioned as a backdoor pilot and ongoing television series. Anna Simone Scott brings an extensive independent film pedigree to both projects. Emmynominated for Take My Heart, Scott’s directorial debut film, The Aerial Girl, produced by Motherhorse Productions, earned six awards and four nominations, screened at forty film festivals worldwide, and aired on PBS — establishing her as a distinctive and recognized voice within independent cinema.
“We are excited to bring on Anna, an exceptional talent, Emmy®-nominated for
‘Take My Heart’ and an award-winning writer, director, and actor, to join us. Her directorial debut film, ‘The Aerial Girl,’ produced by Motherhorse Productions, garnered six awards and four nominations, screening at forty film festivals worldwide and airing on PBS.” — Mario Domina, CEO, Jersey Shore Entertainment The addition of Scott reinforces Jersey Shore Entertainment’s broader strategy surrounding development, production, financing, and scalable distribution for independent entertainment properties navigating a rapidly changing media landscape.
Red House Streaming and RHStv, subsidiary companies of CP Communications LLC, continue supporting Jersey Shore Entertainment’s streaming distribution, audience expansion, and connected TV visibility initiatives through original content strategy, OTT distribution infrastructure,
and entertainment marketing support. The timing reflects a broader market shift. According to AdImpact’s inaugural Local CTV Ad Trends Report — analyzing more than 51,100 advertisers across all 210 U.S. markets for full year 2025 — markets outside the top 50 delivered 52.5 percent of all local CTV impressions while representing just 33 percent of the U.S. television population, signaling that mid-market and regional CTV audiences are engaging at a rate that far outpaces their population share.
“The data confirms what we’ve been building toward — CTV audiences in mid-size and regional markets are highly engaged and significantly underserved by national content pipelines. Independent film is uniquely positioned to capture that attention. RHStv gives independent creators and production companies a direct distribution path into those markets, with the connected TV infrastructure and audience reach to turn that engagement into real viewership.” — Kurt Heitmann, CEO, CP Communications, Red House Streaming, and RHStv
The announcement follows the recently expanded strategic alliance between Jersey Shore Entertainment, Red House Streaming, and RHStv — a partnership focused on independent film visibility, creator-driven entertainment, audience engagement, and next-generation streaming
distribution opportunities. RHStv has recently ranked among leading lifestyle applications in the United States and has surpassed more than 6 million viewers across its streaming and digital platforms. Further reinforcing its commitment to independent entertainment and emerging creators, RHStv also
recently served as a supporting sponsor of the 2026 Sunscreen Film Festival in St. Petersburg, Florida.
