JAROD BRAZEL ACCEPTED INTO FLORIDA FELLOWS INSTITUTE OF THE AMERICAN COLLEGE OF TRUST AND ESTATE COUNSEL

TAMPA- Hill Ward Henderson is pleased to announce that associate Jarod Brazel has been accepted into Class VI of the Florida Fellows Institute of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).

The Florida Fellows Institute was created by the ACTEC Fellows to develop the profession’s future leaders in trust and estate law through a series of in-depth educational presentations led by outstanding subject matter experts in each field from across the U.S.

The Institute includes six sessions for lawyers who were nominated by an ACTEC Fellow and selected through a competitive application process. The program begins in October 2023 and concludes in May 2024.

The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel is a national organization of lawyers elected to membership by demonstrating the highest level of integrity, commitment to the profession, competence, and experience as trust and estate counselors.

Brazel’s practice focuses primarily on fiduciary litigation, real property litigation, and general commercial litigation. While in law school, Brazel received seven book awards. He also served as a Notes and Comments Editor for the Florida Law Review, and as a teaching assistant for Legal Writing, Appellate Advocacy, and Trial Practice. A graduate of the University of Florida College of Law, Brazel earned his M.B.A. degree from the same university. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University.
