Habitat for Humanity of Pinellas and West Pasco Counties announces the 2024 Board of Directors Habitat announces Executive Committee, welcomes six new members, and thanks six outgoing members. Clearwater, FL – Habitat for Humanity of Pinellas and West Pasco Counties is proud to announce its Board of Directors for the 2024-25 fiscal year. The Habitat Board of Directors recently elected the slate of officers being their service today, Monday, July 1, 2024. These individuals will all serve on the Executive Committee of the Board for the next twelve months:

New Member BiosJim Kirkpatrick Florida Market President, Republic Bank James E. Kirkpatrick is the Florida Market President of Republic Bank which has seven (7) Banking Centers located in Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas Counties. Jim joined Republic Bank in 2017 as the Hillsborough Market Manager and moved into his current role in 2019. A native of Philadelphia, Jim moved to the Tampa Bay area in 2012 following a 28-year banking career which included the role of Chief Lending Officer at Roma Bank of Robbinsville, NJ and at the former Leesport Bank (Tompkins Financial) in Reading, PA from 1998 through 2012. Jim is active with numerous Boards and Non-Profit organizations in the Tampa Bay Region to include Board Member at Ronald McDonald House Charities, Board Member on the Urban League of Hillsborough County, Board Member of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society – North Florida Region, Executive Committee of the Gasparilla Bowl 2022, Past President of the Rotary Club of Tampa – Westshore, and member of the Board of Directors with the Florida Bankers Association. Jim’s office is located in St. Petersburg; his home is located in Tampa. Danielle Mauck VP of Sponsored Programs & Research, BayCare Health System Danielle Mauck, MPH, CPH, is vice president for sponsored programs and research for BayCare Health System, where she oversees the organization's work to promote responsible participation in critical health programs and clinical research projects, helping create access to potential cutting-edge interventions across West-Central Florida. Over the course of a 20-year career rooted in Tampa Bay, she has honed her skills in partnership and fund development resulting in hundreds of millions in federal, state, and private investments in local, community-based health programming. Prior to her work with BayCare, Mauck served as the Director of Strategic Innovation at the YMCA of Greater St. Petersburg, where she directed healthy living, youth development and social responsibility program and fundraising strategy. A public health practitioner at the core, Mauck continued to build on her work with the Y as a volunteer, earning recognition as the YMCA of the Suncoast’s 2018 Healthy Living Volunteer of the Year. Mauck credits her community-focused career to a formal education by other local leaders. She holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) with a concentration in public health practice from the University of South Florida in Tampa, a Bachelor of Arts in business management and visual arts from Eckerd College and an Associate of Arts in business administration from St. Petersburg College. She is also Certified in Public Health (CPH) by the National Board of Public Health Examiners. Danielle’s office is located in Clearwater; her home is located in St. Petersburg. Amber Okoye Founder & CEO, Rubicon International LLC An award-winning, inspirational leader, Amber Okoye is an accomplished Senior/C-Suite Global Supply Chain & Operations Executive with over 30 years of corporate experience and 20+ years in leadership across a diverse array of complex, highly regulated industries, including Aerospace & Defense, Tech/MedTech, Commercial, Government, Residential, Industrial, & Telecom. Most recently, Ms. Okoye was Senior Vice President Supply Chain Management & CPO at General Dynamics as a member of the OTS Executive Leadership Team. Ms. Okoye has contributed her expertise at other Fortune & FTSE 100 organizations, such as Lockheed Martin, United Technologies, Motorola, and GKN. A respected change agent, she is best known for transforming supply chains and operations to optimize organization performance, resiliency, and bottom-line growth. She is a strategic thinker, skilled at analyzing complex issues and stakeholder insights, developing strategies, and inspiring action. Ms. Okoye couples a focused stakeholder experience with her extensive record of championing initiatives that manage risk, drive cost reductions, performance, and operational improvements. Her breadth of exposure ranges from supplier & customer management and oversight to internal & external auditing and governance. Seeing companies across industry, of all sizes, struggle to effectively manage through risk & disruptions, especially in areas such as supply chain, Ms. Okoye founded Rubicon International to help companies navigate challenging circumstances by optimizing organizational performance, mitigating risk exposure, and instituting small to large-scale transformations. Ms. Okoye has served on various non-profit, professional boards, such as the National Society of Black Engineers, and internal corporate councils and advisory boards, including the GD Supply Chain Management Council, which serves in an advisory and oversight capacity across critical functions and people. She is a consensus builder who listens and collaborates, engaging all perspectives to provide impactful guidance. Ms. Okoye has received sundry awards and accolades throughout her career, including being named among the Top 100 Most Influential Women in Supply Chain for three consecutive years, and is a recipient of Supply & Demand Chain Executive Magazine’s inaugural Women in Supply Chain Award. She graduated with honors from The University of Miami with an MBA in International Business and received her undergraduate in Mechanical Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin. Ms. Okoye is a 6Σ Statistical Black Belt, Lean Operations Transformation Leader, holds PMP & CPSM certifications and has been awarded two U.S. patents. Jon Thiele Senior Manager, Business Performance Corporate Services, AMGEN, Inc. Jon Thiele holds a BARCH in Architecture from the University of Southern California, and is a licensed architect in California and Florida. For the past 15 years, he has held roles in architecture, construction and real estate development. In 2017, Jon relocated his family from California to Florida, where he worked to develop the standards for design, construction, and facility maintenance for the BayCare Health System. Jon joined Amgen at the Amgen Capability Center (ACC) in 2019. He became a part of Global Workspace Solutions (GWS) team, and was responsible for the planning, design and utilization of office and laboratory spaces globally in support of strategic master plans and real estate strategies. in 2022, Jon transitioned to Corporate Services, and now serves on the Senior Leadership Team at the Amgen Capability Center as the Business Performance and Site Operations lead for the site. He currently manages financial budgeting and forecasting for $125M in budget across the Finance organization, provides financial insights to support decision-making, and oversees day-to-day operations (Site Operations, Events, Business Continuity, Processes Optimization, Branding Strategy) for the efficient and effective execution of strategies at the ACC. Jon’s office is located in Tampa; his home is located in Lithia. Jason Russek Managing Senior VP, Market President West Florida, City National Bank Jason Russek serves as the Executive Vice President & Tampa Bay Market President for Amerant Bank, since May 2022. Prior to joining Amerant, Jason served in senior leadership roles with BankUnited, Branch Banking & Trust (BB&T), Wachovia Bank, and Bank of America. He’s also held lead sales and marketing roles with the CMI Network, Inc., Pace Products, Inc. and USA Today. Jason has his bachelor’s in economics degree from the University of South Florida and is a graduate of the Leadership Orlando program. He has served on the board of trustees for Academy Prep of Saint Petersburg and the Sunshine State Economic Development Corporation where he also served as Chairman from 2014-2018. Jason currently co-chairs the Northeast High School Academy of Finance as a Board Trustee and Mentor. He joined the Habitat for Humanity of Pinellas & West Pasco Counties Finance Committee in 2023. Heidi Tuttle-Beisner Licensed Commercial Real Estate Broker / Owner, Commercial Asset Partners Realty Heidi Ann Tuttle-Beisner, CCIM is the Broker/Owner of Commercial Asset Partners Realty. She is an ambitious commercial real estate executive with over thirty years in the brokerage of commercial-investment real estate. She has been consistently recognized as a top producer and is highly involved in industry and legislative issues to maintain the integrity of the profession. Heidi leads a high-performance team of professionals that specialize in taking on challenges pertaining to the leasing and sale of industrial projects, office buildings, retail centers, investment properties, and land. Community Involvement has been a consistent priority and focus throughout her career as well as the encouragement of staff and agents to “make a difference where you live and work." Some is Heidi’s professional accomplishments and community involvement include: 2022 Chair, Pasco Economic Development Council; 2021 Vice Chair, Pasco Economic Development Council; 2020 Secretary/Treasurer, Pasco Economic Development Council; 2017- 2023 Board of Directors, Pasco Economic Development Council; 2019- 2023 President, Pasco Pediatric Foundation; 1995- 2018 Board of Directors, Pasco Pediatric Foundation Heidi earned her CCIM designation in 2004. The designation requires 240 hours of graduate level study, a portfolio documenting a high volume of professional transactions, and a comprehensive examination. Only 4% of all practitioners in the United States hold the coveted and respected designation in commercial investment real estate.
