Media event for the Firestone Grand Prix of St. Petersburg presented by RP Funding ahead of track construction.

10:00-11:15 a.m. ET


WHERE:

Meet on Dan Wheldon Way near Turn 10 (west of Albert Whitted Park). Free parking is available immediately on south side when turning east onto Dan Wheldon Way.

Michael Costello (Naples, Fla. resident) - USF Pro 2000 Presented by Continental Tire driver of the No. 20 for Pabst Racing.


Max Garcia (Miami, Fla.) - USF Pro 2000 Presented by Continental Tire driver of the No. 18 for Pabst Racing.


Noah Harmon (Orlando, Florida) - Whelen Mazda MX-5 Cup presented by Michelin driver for AAG Racing.

WHY:

Video, photo and interview opportunities to preview the Firestone Grand Prix of St. Petersburg presented by RP Funding, set for Feb. 28 - March 2, 2025. The track build project of the 1.8-mile, 14-turn temporary circuit begins Monday, Feb. 10.


One-on-one interviews will be available with all the above participants as well as a photo opportunity of the dignitaries and drivers with a concrete track build block positioned along Dan Wheldon Way.

The 21st annual Firestone Grand Prix of St. Petersburg presented by RP Funding is a race event held during Florida’s spring break season. Traditionally the site of the NTT INDYCAR SERIES’ season-opening race, St. Pete is a destination city hosting this annual motorsports tradition and offering a festival atmosphere with its downtown location.
