Building off the successful January launch of monthly SHINE mural tours, we are thrilled to offer the opportunity to witness the artists in progress during the festival for the first time. From the comfort of Star Trolley’s vintage, open air trolleys, watch as muralists from around the world paint stunning large scale works in real time. This brand new route will feature many of the 15 new murals as well as some SHINE murals from previous years.
