St. Petersburg, FL — Canterbury School of Florida is offering summer camp programs to provide students with an active, educational, and explorative summer experience. Providing full and half-day camps, the summer program is open to all Tampa Bay youth in PK3 through Grade 12, not just Canterbury School of Florida students. Attendees will be able to choose from a variety of unique camps that will encourage them to step out of their comfort zone and try something new.
The summer program is open for registration and will feature over 50 different camps with programming that highlights a variety of topics from the arts and sciences to athletics and outdoor adventures, such as their Soccer with St. Pete Raiders camp and Trailblazers camp where students get to kayak, fish, and experience the great outdoors. The summer program will also include the return of Canterbury’s best-selling marine science camps, hosted at their Cousteau Center for Marine Studies, where campers will explore local Tampa Bay waterways and learn about the importance of marine conservation.
Canterbury School of Florida’s summer camp program is a reflection of the school’s commitment to nurture the whole child in mind, body, and spirit and creates an environment where attendees can enjoy a challenging, rewarding, and adventurous summer.
“Summer at Canterbury will not only be fun but will also provide an inspiring environment where campers will grow intellectually and socially,” said Colin Wyenberg, Canterbury’s Director of Enrollment Management. “Attendees will benefit from camps that are taught by talented Canterbury teachers and staff as well as instructors and organizations, bringing them a versatile selection of offerings and a glimpse into the full Canterbury student experience.”
Summer camp begins June 6th and runs through July 29th, 2022.
