Arts for a Complete Education to honor 121 principals at annual Appreciation Breakfast
ST. PETERSBURG, FL (March 22, 2022) — On Wednesday, March 30th, Pinellas County School Board members, Superintendents, Cultural Executives, and other community leaders will gather in Ruth Eckerd Hall to honor and celebrate 121 Pinellas County Principals at the annual Principals Appreciation Breakfast. Arts for a Complete Education will host the event, and bring together various speakers and presentations to demonstrate the value of arts education.
The Appreciation Breakfast will include presentations on the importance of the arts in public schools, student performances, and speeches from local community leaders. The event will highlight student art, as well as the impact of past, present, and future arts programs.
The mission of ACE Pinellas is to promote quality arts education in Pinellas County Public Schools so that all students have access to a strong, sequential, and equitable K-12 arts education program. For more information, please visit stpeteartsalliance.org/ace-pinellas.
The ACE Pinellas Principals Appreciation Breakfast is organized by the St. Petersburg Arts Alliance with generous support from the Pinellas Community Foundation, the University of South Florida, St. Petersburg campus, Ruth Eckerd Hall, Suncoast Credit Union, Highlander Sales Group, Steve and Marie Beaty, the Clearwater Arts Alliance, and Creative Pinellas.

Arts for a Complete Education is a subcommittee of the St.Petersburg Arts Alliance (SPAA). SPAA functions as the local umbrella arts agency, providing education and resources, empowering artists and community alike. In ten years, the organization has grown in strength & stability, creating effective professional development, arts education, festivals, and events that drive economic development of the arts. The St Petersburg Arts Alliance’s vision is to strengthen and sustain the art and cultural community within St. Petersburg through collaboration, economic growth, education, and adequate and consistent funding.
