Volta Wine + Market is a locally-owned fine wine shop, gourmet market, and intimate bar set to open in mid-2026 on the ground floor of the 400 Central tower in Downtown St. Petersburg, Florida. Guests can expect authentic hospitality and beautiful design to guide them though a comprehensive global selection of well-made wines and boutique grocery staples sourced both locally and around the world. Products are meticulously curated for their craftsmanship. With a vinyl listening lounge and wine bar at the back of the retail space, founders Zach Pace (a Michelin-recognized sommelier) and Rachelle Tomushev create a sense of place—a delightful weekly shopping experience, a relaxing spot to grab a glass, attend a tasting, or host an event under one roof.
