Each visit includes a photo-documented walkthrough covering leaks, humidity, pests, HVAC performance, and storm readiness, with vendor coordination and arrival preparation handled on the owner's behalf. Founder Eric Argust holds a Florida Community Association Manager (CAM) license and is an Accredited Member of the Florida Home Watch Association. Résidence maintains pre-cleared vendor relationships at buildings including Saltaire, ONE St. Petersburg, 400 Central, Art House St. Petersburg, Ovation, Vinoy Place, 400 Beach Drive, Florencia, Water Club Snell Isle, and Signature Place.
