IGC & Associates, Inc is a boutique, certified and owned LGBTBE (Business Enterprise), St. Petersburg based leadership and team development training and consulting firm.  We are in our 20th year with over 30 years of facilitation, training, leadership and team development, change leadership and consulting services.
