What you bring to the table

Envision seeks an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. As Project Manager, you will lead project coordination, planning, and scheduling on Envision projects. You will collaborate with team members, trade partners, consultants, and clients, utilizing project management software to ensure successful project execution. Additionally, you will maintain project documentation and uphold Envision’s commitment to excellence.


The ideal candidate for this position is a proactive leader with exceptional communication skills. With a keen eye for detail, this individual excels in risk identification and mitigation while effectively managing project schedules and resources. Additionally, they demonstrate outstanding leadership qualities, the ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to promoting a collaborative and safe environment within the team and on the job site.


Some of your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Lead projects with budgets up to $10 million, and collaborate within teams to manage larger-scale projects exceeding $10 million

- Assist field personnel in verifying that construction is in accordance with the Contract Documents

- Assist in subcontractor/vendor prequalification and procurement

- Contribute to monthly KPI reporting, including safety, RFI’s, submittals, and MWBE participation

- Participate actively in executing the Quality Assurance plan and ensuring compliance

- Aid in construction scheduling, including tracking material deliveries to prevent delays

- Familiarize with local building codes and navigate the permit procurement process

- Manage project closeout process, including documentation and completion reports

- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project success

- Lead cost-saving efforts through value engineering and accurate estimates

- Implement and promote Envision's Health & Safety plan

- Oversee and mentor project personnel, fostering professional development

- Conduct DEI/MWBE outreach and promote community involvement

- Execute project emergency management plan as needed

- Ensure OSHA and Envision safety standards are followed

- Maintain professionalism and build positive relationships with co-workers, trade partners, vendors, consultants, and clients

- Embrace and apply Envision's Core Values in all aspects of work

- Be a team player, solutionist, and humble

- Support the entire Envision team wherever needed


Knowledge & Skill Requirements:

- 2-12 years of Commercial Construction project management experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred

- Fundamental understanding of project documents and local building codes

- Experience with the following software: Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, Procore, Bluebeam, CMiC, Structionsite, and Revit or similar 3D modeling software

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent organizational skills

- Effective time management skills

Physical Demands:

Frequently operates a computer and other office productivity equipment; occasionally ascends/descends ladders and stairs; occasionally works in outdoor weather conditions; may move items up to 50Ibs; constantly communicates with subcontractors, vendors, and other members of the project team; ability to adhere to consistent and timely attendance.
