🔧 Position Overview

As a Maintenance HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, inspections, and tune-ups on residential and commercial HVAC systems. This role is critical in identifying potential issues early, improving system performance, and providing customers with honest recommendations.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine HVAC maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
• Conduct full system inspections and identify potential issues
• Clean components including coils, drains, and filters
• Perform pull & clean services when necessary
• Ensure systems are operating safely and efficiently
• Educate customers on system condition and maintenance needs
• Present repair or replacement recommendations when applicable
• Maintain accurate service records and notes
• Keep company vehicle clean and organized

🎯 Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC maintenance or service experience
• EPA Certification (Required)
• Basic diagnostic skills and understanding of HVAC systems
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

⭐ Preferred Experience

• Experience with residential and light commercial systems
• Knowledge of airflow and system performance
• Experience performing coil pull & clean services
• Comfortable identifying and recommending repairs

• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
