Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and reliable HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and takes pride in doing the job right the first time.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems (AC, heat pumps, furnaces)
- Perform routine maintenance and system tune-ups
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with customers
- Ensure all work meets company standards and local codes
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Provide excellent customer service on every call

Qualifications
- 2+ years of HVAC service experience (preferred)
- EPA Certification required
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

Saturday & Sunday- Rotating weekend on call
Preferred Experience : 3+ years of hands-on HVAC service and repair experience
Strong diagnostic skills on residential and light commercial systems
Experience with system replacements and installations
Ability to communicate clearly with customers and present repair/replacement options
EPA Certification (Required)
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
