Let's ride! The annual YMCA Spin-A-Rama: Ride for Hope is a relay-style cycling event, open to the public, that benefits the YMCA of Greater St. Petersburg's Community Health Programs. 

On Saturday, March 23, ride solo, join a team, create a team, or cheer on the cyclists with your generous donation – however you choose to participate, your support will directly impact the lives of people who depend on the Y's vital health programs. Stationary bikes will be set up outdoors (weather permitting). 

YMCA Spin-A-Rama benefits three of the Y's community health programs. In providing evidence-based support to individuals with specific health needs, these three programs play a central role in the Y's overall commitment to improving the health and well-being of our community.

• LIVESTRONG® AT THE YMCA PROGRAM: Research-based program designed to help cancer survivors achieve their holistic health goals
• YMCA DIABETES PREVENTION PROGRAM: 58% of all new cases of type 2 diabetes can be prevented through programs like this
• TOTAL PARKINSON'S PROGRAM: An evidence-based wellness program designed by leading Parkinson's fitness specialists

$40 minimum donation required to participate and reserve your spot.
