Description
What's on the Ballot: A Nonpartisan Voter Education Forum
Presented and Hosted by Orlando Health
With multiple state and local measures appearing on the 2026 ballot, making informed decisions has never been more important. Join the St. Petersburg Area Chamber of Commerce for What's on the Ballot, a nonpartisan voter education forum designed to provide voters with clear, factual information about every issue appearing on the St. Petersburg ballot.
The program will include an overview of all federal, state, county, and local ballot measures, along with trusted voter resources to help residents prepare before Election Day. The forum will feature an in-depth discussion led by subject matter experts examining two of the most significant measures facing voters this year: the Florida Property Tax Amendment and the City of St. Petersburg General Obligation Bond. Experts will explain what each measure would do, how it could affect residents, businesses, and local government, and answer audience questions in a balanced, educational setting.
The Chamber does not endorse or oppose ballot measures through this program. Our goal is to equip the business community and the public with objective information so every voter can cast an informed ballot with confidence.
