Vibration Restoration

We are excited to host this special collaboration between The Florida Orchestra violinist Mary Corbett and BE instructor Jessica Mihm. Treat yourself to an hour of restorative, restful stretches, fully supported with props, while being bathed in musical bliss.

 

Mary is a dedicated yoga practitioner and an esteemed player in TFO strings section since 1989. Jess is a veteran instructor of many modalities and an E-RYT 500. Together, they will serenade you with violin, harmonium, and crystal bowl vibrations. You will leave feeling refreshed and inspired.
