Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. However, due to the nature of travel and event arrangements, the following cancellation policy will apply:

100% Refund if cancelled on or before September 1, 2025

50% Refund if cancelled between September 21 – October 1, 2025

No Refund for cancellations made after October 2, 2025

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the St. Petersburg Area Chamber of Commerce. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of written notice.

Please note: Registrations are transferable up to October 1, 2025 with prior approval. After that date, transfers are not permitted.
