The Smile Spot Ribbon Cutting Event

Join Great Explorations Children's Museum on November 18th at 10am as we unveil our brand new exhibit, The Smile Spot! 

We've partnered with Klement Family Dental to create a brand-new exhibit in the Tampa Bay area for children to explore. This exhibit will educate children and their families on the importance of dental health and hygiene while also providing familiarity with the sights and sounds of the dental office. 

The Smile Spot will have an array of interactive features for children ages 1–10. Kids will be able to put on a lab coat and glasses with a dental light to examine their alligator and manatee patients. Get up close and personal with the giant mouth that can be brushed and flossed with oversized tools. Kids will be able to practice and learn the importance of keeping their teeth clean in order to keep those sugar bugs at bay. 

A teeny tiny tooth fairy has also taken up residence within the exhibit. Young visitors will be able to peek inside the little home to see where the tooth fairy keeps their teeth and how they know when it’s time to go collect them.
