On May 31st, 2026, St. Pete SUP partners with the City of St. Petersburg and Save The Manatee Club for an unforgettable morning supporting Florida's gentle giants. Start with a scenic 5K along the St. Pete Waterfront, then hit the water for a SUP outing featuring our signature #FloatTheBeatStPete floating DJ set! All fitness levels welcome.

100% of registration fees go directly to Save The Manatee Club's conservation efforts. Sponsorships cover event costs, ensuring every dollar protects manatee habitats and rescue programs.

What's Included: Casual 5K, event t-shirt, finisher medal, vendor activations, waterfront hangout, floating DJ set, and the satisfaction of supporting conservation. Full details and timeline on the registration page.



Join St. Pete SUP and the City of St. Petersburg on SUNDAY, MAY 31, 2026, for an unforgettable morning supporting Florida's gentle giants and Save the Manatee Club! Start with a scenic 5K run/walk along the St. Pete Waterfront. After the run/walk, there will be a hangout in St. Pete SUP Vendor Village with a collection of local partners.

After the run and hangout while checking out some of our favorite local vendors, we will launch the paddle boards and paddle out to St. Pete SUP's own #FloatTheBeatStPete -- a floating DJ set bringing unmatched vibes to the water. All fitness levels welcome -- whether you're running, walking or paddling, you're making a difference for manatee conservation!


Schedule:

  • 7:15 AM - Arrive to get ready for the run.
  • 8:00 AM - 5K Waterfront Run/Walk Begins
  • 8:30 AM – 10:00 AM - Post-Race Vendor Village and Hangout
  • 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM - Get boards set up and launch paddleboards—the SUP Outing begins with our on-the-water DJ set.
  • 1:30 PM - Event Concludes
