Join us for a special edition of the SPYP Community Spotlight Series featuring Anthony Close of St. Pete Rising, who will lead a discussion on the nine proposals currently under consideration to redevelop the Historic Gas Plant District! Join SPYP to learn about the competing visions that could significantly shape the future of St. Pete! Attendees will learn about the developers behind each proposal, the key components and priorities of their plans, and how these projects could impact the city’s growth, neighborhoods, and economy. This event is for SPYP Members only. Food will be provided!
