***NOTE: Lunch is at the St. Pete Yacht Club (11 Central Ave., St. Petersburg, Fla. 33701) - a change of venues from the past***

A VIP lunch hosted by the St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce, Firestone Grand Prix of St. Petersburg presented by RP Funding, and St. Petersburg Yacht Club for local business leaders and dignitaries to officially kick off the race weekend. Prior to the lunch, approx. 30-minute media availability period (scrum fashion), in the Parkview Room and on the Pool Deck adjacent to the Ballroom.

11:00 a.m. to 12:30 pm. (10:40-11:10 a.m. one-on-one driver interviews and media scrum on Pool Deck and in the Parkview Room, adjacent to Ballroom, before lunch)

For those driving, a limited amount of parking is available for $7 first-come, first-serve in the Yacht Club's parking structure entering in from the northwest side. Recommended route to access St. Petersburg Yacht Club due to race track street closures is eastbound on 2nd Ave. NE, then south on Beach Dr. NE. Yacht Club will be located 2 blocks on your left. City Parking meters are also available in the area for nearby parking. The Sundial and Southcore garages will be available for parking at your own cost. 

All attendees should enter the St. Petersburg Yacht Club from the north via Beach Dr. Doors are near the intersection of Beach Dr. and 1st Ave. NE adjacent to South Straub Park. Southside entrance off of Central Ave. will be inaccessible due to race track presence. Limited parking is available on site for $7 per car first-come, first serve.
