YMCA Power Up For Health, formerly known as YMCA Spin-A-Rama, is evolving into a one-day fitness frenzy at our Wellness Centers in support of community health. During this day-long celebration of health, power up your workout by joining us for an inspiring cycling ride, a high-energy LES MILLS™ BODYPUMP class and Mindful Movement yoga. No matter how you participate, your support will directly benefit three of the Y's community health programs. In providing evidence-based support to individuals with specific health needs, these three programs play a central role in the Y's overall commitment to improving the health and well-being of our community.
