Monthly New Moon Drum Circle, Sound Healing, & Cacao Ceremony.

Description

NEI's mission to offer community healing, health, and wellness, strikes again. This gathering is designed to help participants, - especially those that are neurodivergent - internally regroup, work through conflicting patterns & thoughts, and releasing stressors that no longer serve them, while setting grounded intentions for the month ahead.

 This guided experience will include: An opening Cacao Ceremony, a nervous-system regulation breathwork, a led drum circle, and a relaxing, spiritually repairing sound healing session.

 The circle is open to neurodivergent individuals, caregivers, creatives, and community members seeking a calm, supportive space for reflection and reconnection. No prior experience with meditation, somatic work, or drum circles is required. 

 Participants are welcome to bring a drum, if they have one, a yoga mat/cushion, a water bottle, and a journal. We do have some community drums available. Attendees are encouraged to arrive exactly as they are, in comfy clothes, and leave feeling clearer, lighter, and more connected - both to themselves and to the community around them.
