Free Yoga at The Pier

Join us Wednesday, December 3 at 6:00pm for our free monthly class at St. Pete Pier. Abby Goodwin will lead a class that is grounding and fun, with lots of modifications offered to accommodate everybody. We'll practice as the sun sets over downtown St. Pete. Bring your mat and dress for comfort.

 

We're supporting local families for the holidays! We are collecting money at the pier and collecting toys and non-perishables in the studio. Monetary donations will directly support local families and the other items will be donated through CASA and St. Pete Free Clinic. 

 

Donations are appreciated but not required! You can contribute when you book the class or via The BE's Venmo at @TheBodyElectricYoga or on-site with cash.

 

You'll find us at Family Park, under the Bending Arc. Check the schedule on our website or in The BE app if you are unsure about weather cancellations, dates, or class time. The schedule is always correct!
