The Chef Upstairs, in collaboration with The Dalí Museum, invites you to Dizzy Desserts: an interactive dessert competition inspired by the legendary Dizzy Dalí Dinner. 

Can You Nail It? 

The evening begins with the reveal of a spectacular chef-created dessert. 

Look closely… because soon, it disappears. 

Working in teams, contestants will use provided recipes, ingredients and dessert components to recreate what they saw from memory, with culinary guidance from The Chef Upstairs team. 

Halfway through, expect a Dalí-inspired curveball! A surprise surrealist challenge that must be incorporated into your final creation. 

When time is called, the original dessert returns and teams present their creations. 

Desserts will be judged on taste, execution, visual impact, creativity and surrealist flair, with one team crowned the Dizzy Desserts Champion. 

No advanced baking experience necessary! Just bring your imagination and willingness to get a little surreal.

 Registration is individual. Request to compete with friends or sign up on your own and we'll match you with a team.
