Step into a serene evening at 15th Street Farm, where the spirit of France meets the soul of St. Pete. Our Community Dinner Series continues with A Taste of France, a Provencal-inspired meal lovingly prepared by our very own Chef Zachary Crossman. This unforgettable experience celebrates local ingredients, community gathering, and the time-honored tradition of sharing a meal together.
Chef Zachary brings his deep culinary knowledge and passion for global flavors to the farm’s wood-fired kitchen. With experience that spans Thai temples to modern Italian kitchens, Chef Zachary now applies his skills to create sustainable, seasonal dishes right here in our half-acre garden oasis.
The evening will begin with a guided stroll through the farm, where guests can learn about our organic practices and sample fresh-picked produce. From there, guests will gather at long communal tables nestled alongside our wood-fired brick oven—designed for warmth, conversation, and togetherness.
The menu will include:
Salad Course:
- Farm greens salad
- Pâté de campagne with wild mushrooms
Main Course:
- Braised lamb shoulder with fresh herbs and garlic
- Tomatoes Provençales
- Mediterranean risotto with Swiss chard and garden vegetables
Dessert:
- GateauOchocolat with crème Chantilly and edible flowers
Petits Fours & Tea Service:
- Chai masala cookies
- Lemongrass & ginger tea
- Hibiscus and orange blossom water
