A Taste of Jamaica Hurricane Relief Dinner at 15th Street Farm
Thursday, April 2, 2026 (6:00 PM - 8:00 PM) (EDT)
Description
We are hosting a community dinner to support Jamaican farmers still recovering from the devastation of Hurricane Melissa last October. Our focus is simple and practical: providing seeds, giving farmers the fastest path to replant, rebuild, and restore their livelihoods. Six months later, many fields remain damaged, crops have been lost, and livelihoods shaken, but hope is growing.
Just $10 in seeds can produce more than $100 worth of food, helping farming families feed their communities and rebuild their futures.
Through partnerships with Seeds to Feed Jamaica, 15th Street Farm, and ECHO Global Farms, we are providing quality seeds and climate-smart growing methods for lasting harvests. Every seed planted is a step toward recovery.
A Taste of Jamaica will be held: Thursday, April 2 at 6 PM 15th Street Farm • 342 15th St N, St. Petersburg $100 per person

Guests will enjoy authentic Jamaican cuisine, a guided farm tour, and an art auction. The farmers are already working. They just need seeds.
