What you’ll be doing:

Smart Choice Communications is seeking an organized, efficient, and emotionally intelligent Client Success/Sales Support Specialist to join our growing team.  In this role, the successful candidate will improve client retention by cultivating client relationships, meeting client operational needs, and providing support to the sales and pricing teams.  This is a great opportunity for a recent college graduate looking to get into Sales/Account Management/Client Success.


You will be responsible for…

 

  • Providing support to the Chief Revenue Officer, Sales and Client Success departments
  • Working closely with sales teams - sitting in on sales calls, taking notes, and coordinating business appointments.
  • Preparing sales quotes; assist in obtaining pricing from carriers.
  • Developing a deep expertise in our products and technology.
  • Managing the Client Success call and email distribution queues; creating tickets for each request, managing ticket statuses, and ensuring service level agreements (SLA’s) are met.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for our clients and becoming a true partner in helping them achieve their goals.
  • Improving client retention by providing support to clients via phone, email, virtual or in-person meetings.
  • Performing outreach to existing clients to engage them in relevant industry content, upselling, and conducting account renewals.
  • Creating documentation for Client Success processes and procedures; developing standardized department templates.
  • Working collaboratively across internal product and engineering teams to translate clients’ feedback into improvements to our product.
  • Managing assigned list of SCC accounts.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.


What skills & experience you’ll bring... 

  • BS/BA degree; or a combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, operations, account management, or similar functions.
  • Ability to work independently and self-motivated.
  • Team player who understands the need to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a dedication to customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Teams and Excel)
