After the donor registration event\, stick around and enjoy a FREE comedy show starting at 7:00 pm in the Green Light Lounge! We encourage everyone to come early\, grab dinner and a drink\, connect with fellow community members\, and spend the evening supporting an incredible cause.
For many people battling leukemia and other blood cancers\, a blood stem cell transplant isn'\;t just a treatment option&mdash\;it'\;s often their only chance at survival. Because stem cell matches are based on highly specific genetic markers\, many patients are unable to find a matching donor within their own family and must rely on complete strangers to save their lives.
