Chamber Ribbon Cutting and Golden Scoop Ceremony will be held at 11:30a.m. We are offering $2.00 Sundaes ALL day long. Spin-to-win for fun Andy's Merch. Plus a chance to WIN FREE Andy's for a YEAR!
