Meet Our Speaker: René Clayton

René Clayton is the Founder and Chief AI Strategy Officer of Byte Strategy AI, a St. Petersburg–based consultancy helping organizations implement artificial intelligence with clarity, structure, and measurable impact.

With more than 25 years of experience in technology and financial services, René partners with executive teams to transform AI from an idea into disciplined, scalable deployment. Her expertise spans AI architecture, automation strategy, governance, and operational integration — ensuring organizations adopt innovation without sacrificing accountability or human-centered leadership.

René is known for translating complex technology into clear, actionable business decisions. She has led initiatives in highly regulated environments and is trusted for guiding teams from concept to production with precision and confidence.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Liberty University and completed executive education in digital transformation, leadership, and artificial intelligence at MIT Sloan School of Management. René is a published author, advisor, speaker, and active champion of the St. Petersburg business community.

When she’s not advising clients, she enjoys the outdoors with her family and her two Pembroke Welsh Corgis.
