Please join us as we commemorate the first anniversary of Innovare. From the first move-ins on February 14th, 2024, to now, Innovare has embodied the spirit of unity and commitment to addressing the affordable housing crisis in St. Petersburg. We’re not just celebrating a building; we’re celebrating the hope, stability, and new beginnings.

Volunteers of America of Florida proudly presents this milestone for Innovare, 50-units of affordable housing.


This celebration is elevated to new heights through the invaluable collaboration and support of the St. Petersburg Area Chamber of Commerce. Their involvement highlights the strength of our community's shared commitment to creating positive change. Together, we demonstrate the power of partnership and collective action in making a meaningful difference. We are excited to include an official "Ribbon Cutting Celebration" as part of the event..

Parking

Parking is available in LOT 9, provided by the Tampa Bay Rays. While there is some street parking, it is limited. We recommend arriving early to find a spot, especially since the ceremony begins at 10:00 AM and there is a short walk from LOT 9 to the venue. Please see the attached map for the specific location of LOT 9.
