The Leadership St. Pete Alumni Association helps graduates of Leadership St. Pete, a program of the St. Petersburg Area Chamber Foundation, and others to support the improvement of our local, state, and national communities. Our purpose is to:

Encourage VOLUNTEER activities in the civic, social service, health, and government areas of the community, state and nation.

Help resolve the economic, social, and political COMMUNITY issues

Support the LEADERSHIP ST. PETE Program through recruitment and scholarship opportunities.

PURPOSES & POWERS (mission statement)
According to the Leadership St. Pete Alumni Association Bylaws the specific purposes for which this Corporation is organized are as follows:
- To encourage voluntary activities in the civic, social service, health and government areas in the community (as well as on a state and national level) by graduates of Leadership St. Pete and others in the community;
- To encourage voluntary activities in the civic, social service, health and government areas in the community (as well as on a state and national level) by graduates of Leadership St. Pete and others in the community;
- To initiate the collective discussion and resolution of community issues and concerns by members of the Corporation and others in the community;
- To support the continued development, expansion, and operation of the Leadership St. Pete program; and
- To arrange social events on a regular basis so as to encourage social inter-action among the members of the Corporation and with the leadership structure of the community.
