The purpose of our back to back national award winning Membership Program is to retain and recruit members through a partnership between the Premier Circle Investors (PCI) and our Small Business Enterprises. In 2006 and 2007our Premier Circle Inverstors (PCI) program was honered by the American Chamber of Commerce Executives (ACCE) as one of the top 5 membership programs in the country. In 2006 & 2007 The Chamber grew both years by 20% with a retention rate (both members and dollars) of 91% & 93% respectively. Our 2006 and 2007 membership net growth was ranked #1 and retention was ranked in the TOP 10 by ACCE in their annual National Chamber Survey in the METRO (Largest Communities) Chamber Category.
By creating a systematic approach for better educating our over 2,850 members and prospective members on the value of their investment in The Chamber, high recruitment and retention percentages are a must for any organization.
