The Masters Academy is different from the typical leadership development programs that focus almost exclusively on building a set of skills and tactics. The Masters Academy does more by pushing you to reflect on your deepest assumptions and most strongly held values, and encouraging you to consider how your values and beliefs have helped or hindered you in the past.
It challenges you to look beyond formulating quick technical solutions that act as band-aids to deeper organizational challenges, and instead asks you to examine yourself and your leadership style in moving your organization forward in today’s competitive business climate.
The program offers a personal, stimulating, and challenging seven (7) weeks that invites you to learn how to act courageously and skillfully when exercising leadership. It helps both business owners and high potential managers increase their business acumen, deepen their understanding of all aspects of commercial profitable enterprises, and improve their capacity to lead. Because the participants’ own experiences are critical to the learning process, a diverse class will be selected.
Candidates for this program will either have a minimum of two (2) years experience in operating a successful business or are director-level managers with a large scope of responsibility within an organization.
Each session is taught by experienced and highly successful professionals who are not only willing to share their expertise, but are also founding sponsors of the program. Topics include:
- Providing Strategic Leadership - Ford and Barb Kyes, ActionCoach Pinellas
- Culture, Value, and Ethics – Mary Lallucci, Right Management and Steve Preston, General Dynamics
- Developing your Brand Identity – Liz Cherry, Cherry & Company
- Understanding Key Finance Indicators – Jim Newman, Gregory, Sharer & Stuart, CPA's
- Effective Web Marketing – John Tuncer, JCTWeb Inc.
- Insurance and Liability – Mark Berset, Comegys Insurance Corner
We invite you or key professionals within your organization to apply to this outstanding program.
